Níl mé liofacht sa Ghaeilge ...mar sin, tá an chuid is mó den leathanach seo trí mhean an Bhéarla :-(
AFAIK, the only CBI system that has a front-end user-interface available 'trí mhean na Gaeilge' is that provided by SMART: for example in SMART's Notebook software you can choose File ...Save or Comhad ...Sabháil srl.
Here are a set of resources that are available elsewhere on this site, gathered together on this page for ease of access. Please note that you might still consider accessing the individual pages ...where a resource is in English you may still find usefull ideas. Remember that all of these files are fully editable to suit your class.
I and other teachers have shared a set of 'Comhadanna' for the SMART CBI
Note that you must have SMART Board software installed (either the full version or the Reader version) on your computer in order to read these files.
In some cases we have also saved an html version of the file which will open in your Browser (opens in a new window; you will have to 'allow blocked content' and you will also be asked to download the SVGviewer for your first html file).
You can also open these Notebook files if your computer is running Promethean (ActivPrimary, ActivStudio, ActivInspire) software (although you may lose some of the links, sounds etc.)
I and other teachers have shared a set of 'Comhadanna' resources on the page for ActivPrimary (Promethean) activprimary_-_ireland.html
Note that you must have ACTIVprimary software installed on your computer
in order to read these files...or you can download a free Promethean FlipChart
Viewer from
http://www.prometheanworld.com/uk/html/customer_care/software/flipchart_view
...you will be asked for registration details
Further, when you click to download these files, change the file extension to .flp (to replace the .zip that may appear)
To learn how to install an Irish Dictionary (from Gaelspell) in ACTIVprimary, Tim Tuckey has provided this text document Click for Gaelspell (you will need Word, Word Viewer or StarWrite to read this)
I and other teachers have shared a set of 'Comhadanna' for the Mimio board on the page mimio_-_ireland.html
You must have Mimio Interactive Software on your computer in order to be able to use these files.
N.B. When you start the Download of any of these files, add the file extension .ink ..otherwise your computer will try to change the format to .zip by default. For example, when you try to download the first file (dathanna), change the file name to dathanna.ink
Dathanna: an exercise (i nGaeilge) to learn the names of colours. ...Left-click to run directly or Right click (and Save As) here (204 KB)
This particular file also has some pictures in it - these are downloaded within the file so you don't have to do anything extra.
However, there are also some Sounds included: while the Mimio file will still work (but you won't hear anything!) it may be useful to download these sounds separately. I have created an Archive ('zipped') file which you can download here - this time do not change the file name by adding a file extension, just let it be saved as the default 'compressed format' (445 KB) . After you download this, Windows XP (or a third-party program) can 'unzip' this file for you: right-click on the downloaded file and choose 'Extract All'. If both the downloaded dathanna.ink (mimio file) and the dathanna Folder are, for example, on the Desktop, you will now hear the sounds (via Windows Media Player) from the Mimio file. To change location (in order to keep the Desktop tidy), save the Folder called 'Dathanna' in the same folder location as your Mimio file called dathanna.ink.
For the Hitachi board, I have just one resource at cambridge-hitachi_-_ireland.html
You will need to have Starboard software on your computer to view these (although we also provide a HTML version of the file below)
Dathanna: an exercise (i nGaeilge) to learn the names of colours. ...Left-click to run directly or Right click (and Save As) here (391 KB) ...you can also view a version of the file in your Browser by clicking here (the file will open in a separate Window)
I and other teachers have shared a set of 'Comhadanna' for Easiteach (whiteboard software) at easiteach_-_ireland.html
Note that you must have Easiteach software installed on your computer in order to read these files (a Reader program can be downloaded from http://www.rmeducation.com/easiteach/reader - it is 20 MB in size).
eBeam software can be downloaded from www.luidia.com. It operates in two modes: without an eBeam receiver attached, you will only be able to use the 'Scrapbook' (.wbd) formats below.
Maidir leis an 'suíomhanna idirlíne' ...tá www.scoilnet.ie ar fheabhas chun na suíomhanna a fháil amach, i mo thuaraim féin.
Suíomhanna eile a fuar mé amach (blianta ó shin!)...
Inniu, tá www.cogg.ie le fáil
Tá liosta bhog ábhair ar fháil ar softwarecentral.ie ...ach níl mé in ann 'Gaeilge' a fháil inniu!
Here are some other Software Titles...
